Sleeping Giant Writers Festival

6th annual August 28, 29, 30, 2009. Fort William Historical Park, Thunder Bay, Ontario

The largest literary festival in Northern Ontario, held in the shadow of Thunder Bay's Sleeping Giant, the Sleeping Giant Writers Festival brings premier Canadian authors to the city for a weekend of workshops, readings, and interaction with festival attendees.

This year the festival will take place on August 28th, 29th and 30th, 2009, at the Fort William Historical Park.

This year we're delighted to announce that Peter Mansbridge will be making a special presentation on Sunday, August 30th, after the festival workshops have concluded. Come and see the news leader of the country live and in person!

CORRECTION: Peter Mansbridge's presentation will cost $5 for the general public.
